Today, CQFD special broadcast dedicated to Mars and its exploration. I speak briefly of landing sites and ressources, which is somewhat related to what we do in the course Living on Mars. Unlike my first time in CQFD, no live session this time: the interview has been recorded few days ago at EPFL.
The website of the broadcast is available here and to listen only the part with me (in French), just play on “read” below and move forward up to 25:30 (but the whole broadcast is quite interesting!).
Yesterday morning, following the publication of my paper in Nature, I went to RTS (the Swiss Radio and TV channels) to give a live interview in a scientific radio broadcast, CQFD (in french). I speak of course of Vesta! The website of the broadcast is available here and to listen only the part with me, just play on “read” below.
Last week, I spent the weekend in Rome and, of course, I took some pictures. Here is a small selection…
I won’t have time to do a report of my week in Houston for LPSC 2014. So I gathered the tweets about my talk (and few others I wrote during the week) on a Storify.
By the way, in addition to the global search on #LPSC2014 hashtag, there is also 4 other Storify (day 1 to 4) done by CSPX.
I like the infography on Mars missions done by Bryan Christie Design for IEEE Spectrum: I find it particularly visual! However, this image is not up to date as reported missions stop in 2007. So, I decided to actualize it with more recent data.
